COLLEGE AMBASSADOR NETWORK AGREEMENT

1. Program Overview

The Run It Up Radio College Ambassador Program ("the Program") engages enrolled college and university students to represent Run It Up Radio ("RIUR") on their campuses through authentic outreach, promotion, and listener recruitment. Participation is voluntary and governed by this Network Agreement ("Agreement").

2. Ambassador Responsibilities

As an ambassador, you agree to conduct genuine outreach activities including but not limited to campus tabling, social media promotion, classroom pitches, and listener referrals. All logged activities must reflect real outreach you personally performed. Falsifying activities, inflating reach numbers, or submitting fraudulent referrals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all earned rewards.

3. Mandatory Marketing Requirement

You must promote Run It Up Radio on social media at least once every 72 hours to remain in the Program. Failure to meet this mandatory marketing requirement will result in automatic removal from the Program. Points for social promotions are limited to one (1) earned promotion per social platform every four (4) hours to ensure authentic engagement.

4. Code of Conduct

You will represent RIUR professionally and in accordance with all applicable laws, campus policies, and community standards. You will not engage in harassment, discrimination, spam, or deceptive marketing. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you publish as an ambassador.

5. Content & Intellectual Property License

By submitting outreach content or connecting your social media handles, you grant RIUR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to feature, repost, and use your outreach content and handles in RIUR marketing and promotional materials. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit.

6. Data & Privacy

RIUR collects the information you provide (name, email, college, social handles, activity logs) to administer the Program. Your ambassador activity and rankings may be displayed publicly. Referral email addresses are collected for verification only. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Rewards & Compensation

Points earned through outreach activities may unlock tier rankings, recognition, and rewards at RIUR's discretion. Points and rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated. RIUR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward at any time.

8. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance and continues until you or RIUR terminate it. RIUR may remove you from the Program at any time for failure to meet the mandatory marketing requirement, violation of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or at RIUR's discretion. Upon termination, you cease to earn points and forfeit any unredeemed rewards.

9. Liability

RIUR provides the Program on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIUR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. You participate at your own risk.

10. Acceptance

By typing your full legal name below and checking the acceptance box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, and that your typed name and the recorded timestamp constitute your legally binding electronic signature under applicable electronic signature laws.
