You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and is subject to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled by the respective app store.

Donations made through the Service are voluntary contributions to Run It Up Radio™ LLC and are non-refundable unless required by law.

If the Service allows you to submit content (e.g., comments, playlists, community posts), you grant Run It Up Radio™ LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The Service may display advertisements and sponsored content. Run It Up Radio™ LLC is not responsible for the content of advertisements or the products/services they promote.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
